Suites Viena Hotel Madrid Guest Reviews
The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Laura who worked at the reception. She was so sweet and made us feel so at home!!! I would also recommend the breakfast if they offer you the 2 for 1 special. You can't beat the price and their selection is very good.

Large modern clean rooms, friendly staff. Location not ideal - but if you enjoy walking it's no problem.

The hotel is well located close to metro stops, restaurants, attractions and La Gran Via. Everything is new and the service was great. If you think of travelling to Madrid this is definitely the best choice

My first and overall impression of the hotel was a good one. The lobby is spacious airy and stylish as are the rooms. The staff are very friendly. I slept like a log in the perfectly climatised room on a comfortable bed beneath my duvet. I could listen to relaxing music whilst taking a bath or shower in my clean modern bathroom....before heading out on foot to enjoy my evening in the old Madrid.
