Quirky hotel with friendly service. Breakfast area tiny and lack of free wireless, a staple of most hotels, is a huge disadvantage.

This place has a very modern interior which is unlike most London hotels that are very old inside. Breakfast here is fantastic and is the best part of the hotel, however my room had a leaking-gas smell that the staff said was from the pipe outside my window but over 2 nights I felt it was clearly coming from my room. Also on my 2nd night there were 2 guys arguing loudly in the corridor from 3am to at least 5am. I called staff twice to resolve this and they tried but didn´t enforce silence. At a place like Premier Inn people who refuse to be quiet in public areas at this time of night would have been evicted, but not here. Overall the place is centrally located and facilities are decent, breakfast is GREAT, but staff seemed unwilling to resolve important issues for the guest.

Very pleased with this hotel, all I needed for an overnight stay for a work function. Centrally located near Paddington and Hyde Park it was compact but very clean and modern. The inclusion of a full breakfast was a bonus after a late night! Might be a bit cramped for longer than a few days but all in all very good value. Would definitely stay again.
