Safe neighborhood, convenient to Brentwood, Franklin, and Nashville. Bare bones of amentities but good price.

Looking for clean & quiet for one night in Brentwood, and found neither. Major cleaning needed, especially carpets. We were uncomfortable walking on them, even with shoes on! It would not take too much to get this to three stars from the current zero stars.
