I was meeting a friend who lives in Cleveland. I drove up from Cincinnati, OH. The drive up I-71 to the hotel was easy. The room with its own living room and full kitchen has a great value for what I paid.

hotel was great, however they put us in the room right beside the compressor on the heat exchanger and it kicked on several times an hour and was on only about 30 seconds. Finally got use to it and was able to sleep, they told us it was the room we were in.

LOCATION is in a very nice area, amidst many nice hotels & restaurants... but frankly out of place. It is VERY bare bones. Imagine a suite hotel in 2011 with NO hair-dryer or even shampoo! Wi-Fi costs $5. No continental breakfast or even complimentary lobby coffee. In-room coffee horrible, no de-caf, no tea bags! FURNITURE looks very cheap and worn, e.g., edge veneer missing from pressed sawdust table - and the Queen hide-a-bed was THE WORST I have ever endured. Horrible quality, although regular bed was comfy. STAFF was mostly non-existent. I went to office multiple times to find a note on the door to dial 0 for help. Dialing 0 got a busy signal! To get to outdoor pool, one had to cross the parking lot! Don't know who owns this chain, but I cannot imagine it lasting very long. Last time for me.
