Our stay at Studio M was really enjoyable. The staff were great, nothing was a problem and always friendly and happy to help. The facilities are excellent, lap pool ,gym and cafe.Very good breakfast chosen from the room service menu or a light breakfast available. It is within walking distance to Clark Quay and loads of great restaurants, the museum, river cruises and more. Also easy to walk to get any number of hop-on/ hop-off buses that traverse the city. The loft rooms are an interesting arrangement. I think the only negative(small point) was that we felt we needed some fresh air in the room and there were no opening windows.Would highly recommend this hotel.

Some staff could be a bit more friendlier. The hotel room was nice and cozy. Didn't like the toilet room too small. Didn't like the sink in the living room, This is used for everything, washing hands, cleaning teeth. I thought do they wash the drinking glasses in the sink as well, if they do very unhealthy. I would like to stay here again, mainly because of the great location.

Everything in Studio M was top class! we only stayed 1 night but we have enjoyed excellent customer service from both persons at the counter and cleaners. Room was clean, quiet and nicely organized. Bed was comfy, Internet was fast and reliable, pool was clean and warm. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not have it at the hotel but the espressos downstair were really good. Location is perfect too within walking distance from Clarke Quay and its MRT station. Overall, excellent stay!

Good Holiday Leisure Hotel. Though a bit small but no complaint as the rate is reasonable. But most of all they have great courteous staff.

There was a slight hiccup on my booking but Studio M was proactive in providing service recovery. Was quite impressed by that.

if it was more affordable, I would stay always here during my stays in Singapore. Clean, slick, classy, comfortable: top hotel, period.

Used to be quite a regular when back for holidays...but the recent trip been highly discourage by the unprofessional and rude front desk staffs! Can't wait to check out after my 4 nights stay and went to check myself in to another hotel.

I had mention I need to have a quite room to sleep for 3 nights, when I first arrived and check-in to the Studio M Hotel. After I rget into the room, It is also fun and great to have a big window view with 20 feet tall. But the design to have a wood door as the shower entrance is really bad. Mold growth along the edge and gap, everyone knew it is hard to clean. I would suggest to have sanded glass door with stainless frame instead. There has some worn and crack along the door underneath the sink as bar, as vanity. I had wake up by noise that from remodelling around my room about 7:00 in the morning. It is bad that they didn't mention to me that my request was not successed while I was checking-in last night. OR they totally ignore my request and just pass me the room even I mentioned few times of my request. I need to pack my stuff and request again to move to the other room. It is not convenience and caring to customers. The towel we use was so old and torn . It doesn't like the Star they mention they have; if the swimming pool is the key to rise the level, and it is not enough. Even they haven't do anything for our compensation to have such bad experience for delight us back before we go back to my country. I would not recommand any of my friends to stay over there.

This hotel is really different with its mezzanine bed, walk over the desk to the stairs and separate toilet and shower cubicles. I could not work out whether I was in a hotel room or luxury campervan. I was alone and working in my hotel room - it was very good for that but with two people in the room it might be a bit competitive. The bed was very comfortable but seating is more like a campervan. Lots of restaurants nearby but the MRT is a fair walk. I did not return to the hotel on my next trip. I stayed at the larger brother hotel in the business district because of size and proximity to transport.

room is absolutely small, reminds me of those in japan. there's hardly any turning space in the separate toilet and bathroom, and the sink was outside, reminds me of first world at genting. despite it, there are things which i really liked about it. the soap smells very pleasantly of lemongrass. i loved the bed - it was super soft and warm to lay on, pillows were fluffy and, the bedlinen white and crisp. it's proximity to robertson quay is great for f&b and a nice evening stroll by the river.

Room is clean. We find that it is a bit small, probably because it is a studio and room space is divided. Good experience but we will go for the normal rooms in the future.

great hotel to relax. If like being near walking distance of restaurants then this is good. Running the waterway was nice. Short taxi to most locations. Centrally located.

We really enjoy our experience at Studio M. The location is great, downtown at Clarke Quay. The room was very clean, modern and the staff very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good and generous. No doubt we recommend Studio M on Nanson Road.

Nice, Quiet; Japanese style hotel with small rooms, 2 floors. All Showers and water is on the first floor. The queen size bed and Flat screen TV are on the upper floor. Excellent, full window view. If you do not like steps when getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bath room, you may want to investigate another hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is excellent. About a 20 minute walk to the nearest MRT (either Clarke Quay or Chinatown). Fantastic for restaurants since it is 2 minute from Robertson Quay & Robertson Walk. Excellent place to stay if you love to walk. You are less than 30 minutes from Orchard road, 20 minutes from the Singapore History Museum.

Good over all experience, and a great concept which i will highly recommend. However a few small issues which will ultimately prevent it from becoming a top notch hotel. a) Hotel guests get free parking which is a deciding factor when i chose studio M. However at 10pm the lobby parking was full, and there was 5 slots 'reserved for management' - always empty- at the very front, which they could not even open up to me for an hour since i told them i was just dropping by the hotel for a moment. Being told parking next door will be reimbursed, it was also full. Just a shame that the employees and management are so rigid and unobliging. Resulting in me waiting in my car for 35 mins waiting for someone to leave... b) F&B: Standard of room service is terrible, comes in plastic tupperware with plastic cutlery. not a huge issue. Morning breakfast buffet is also very limited in choice.

The room itself is a fine, tiny and clean. However, no much choice of dining, food and beverages. And the water pressure of the shower is very poor!!! Didn't enjoy bathing there.......... However, the staff are very nice, friend and efficient. Accommodated my request of changing room efficiently...!! I still believe it's a good hotel and might consider to stay there again when I visit Singapore again.
