I found this hotel slightly grubby with no basic amenities, such as tea or coffee. However, it was ok for what I needed it for....somewhere cheap to sleep!

We came by car, so location of the hotel was not a problem. But it is not in a walkable distance from center. Distance by car - about 10 minutes. Not sure how to get there by public transport but there should be something. No decent restaurants or cafes nearby,but ther is plenty in the old town.Very good breakfast for a ** hotel,almost like in a 3+ stars hotel (don't expect a feast). For me as a Russian it was good that: 1) good New Year program in a restaurant downstairs (must book in advance) 2) All Russian-speaking staff 3) Lot's of Russian TV channels On the down side: old fernature, old carpets, primetive bathroom equipment. Poor noise isolation in rooms, but we were lucky coz our nightbours were quiet. We paid 37Euro per night per double through this site - very good value!
