Close to train station, only 2-3 min walk from the train station. Very nice breakfast.

Nice small sized hotel, right next to subway/JR station exit. Convenient location to access all the sights of Tokyo by JR/subway. Lot's of shops & restaurants nearby too. Room was a bit small & had no wardrobe, so a bit short on storage. The room had a hanging rack in the corner. Wasn't a problem for me, coz i lived out of my suitcase. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Breakky included in the tariff was also nice. Certainly would reccommend it.

The hotel is only a stone''s throw away from the Ikebukuro Station making it convenient for anyone staying there to be connected to any point within Tokyo. Surrounding the hotel are many restaurants, convenient stores and the Tobu Shopping Complex. The hotel staff speak reasonably good English, are very friendly and would go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The two double-single rooms that my family of five occupied was quite spacious, clean and well-appointed. The only drawback was that it lack space to store our clothings (we stayed there for four nights) and that they did not have a safe to store our passports and other valuables. The food at the Jade Restaurant was also very good. My family and I feel that the pricing of the room (which included breakfast, as well) is value for money (considering the high prices of hotel rooms in Tokyo) and would definitely come back and stay at the hotel again in the future.
