Stratosphere Casino Hotel & Tower Las Vegas Guest Reviews (379)
This was by far the cheapest price and I felt I got a good deal after my stay at the Stratosphere. The bed was very comfortable including pillows, although it could have used one more blanket. CONS: Poor insulation between rooms. We got woken up at least once every night by our neighbors voices. We were in a non-smoking room but in front of our room were 3 ashtrays with cigarettes in them. Our room smelt as if it used to be a smoking room at one point in time. I paid $70 including tax NOT INCLUDING RESORT FEE for Sat & Sun and I felt for that price I was happy w/ the quality. If I would have paid more I might probably wound have been not as happy.

I could hear everything on the floor. The room was pretty clean Room had a broken tv and really thin walls. The room was cheap for a reason this is the place you stay if you like to party and dont care about were you passout at the end of the night. The price attracts college eds for a place get loaded and be stupid.

Family stayed one night, room great in all aspects, location very good, check in very fast, the problem was the receptionist not friendly at all, very cold and rude tone of voice, just for that i will try not to stay in that hotel again, it will be my last choice for hotels in vegas.

The newly renovated select towers were great. The views were spectacular and the room was extremely comfortable. High-end finishes. I would recommend out-of-town guest to stay at this hotel.

The Casino and restaurant floor is fairly good. So if I were ever to go back it would only be there. The non-refurbished rooms are awful. They are in serious need to be refreshed especially in the bathroom! You can see there has been way too much water damage near the shower area. This is causing the wall to welt up and have cracks. The furniture is EXTREMLY out dated. I figured for 49 dollars suck it up it’s still a good deal. I was wrong. In the morning I found a bed bug crawling next to me. That’s when I was done. I went to the front desk to let them know what happened. I was then taken to the manager. The manager acted like she didn’t want to be bothered and treated me like I planted it there. So not only a terrible room with Bed Bugs but terrible customer service from the manager. Take my advice don’t stay here spend the extra money and stay somewhere closer to where the other casinos are. Next time I’m going to Treasure Island.
