Stratosphere Casino Hotel & Tower Las Vegas

This was by far the cheapest price and I felt I got a good deal after my stay at the Stratosphere. The bed was very comfortable including pillows, although it could have used one more blanket. CONS: Poor insulation between rooms. We got woken up at least once every night by our neighbors voices. We were in a non-smoking room but in front of our room were 3 ashtrays with cigarettes in them. Our room smelt as if it used to be a smoking room at one point in time. I paid $70 including tax NOT INCLUDING RESORT FEE for Sat & Sun and I felt for that price I was happy w/ the quality. If I would have paid more I might probably wound have been not as happy.

I could hear everything on the floor. The room was pretty clean Room had a broken tv and really thin walls. The room was cheap for a reason this is the place you stay if you like to party and dont care about were you passout at the end of the night. The price attracts college eds for a place get loaded and be stupid.

Family stayed one night, room great in all aspects, location very good, check in very fast, the problem was the receptionist not friendly at all, very cold and rude tone of voice, just for that i will try not to stay in that hotel again, it will be my last choice for hotels in vegas.

The newly renovated select towers were great. The views were spectacular and the room was extremely comfortable. High-end finishes. I would recommend out-of-town guest to stay at this hotel.

The Casino and restaurant floor is fairly good. So if I were ever to go back it would only be there. The non-refurbished rooms are awful. They are in serious need to be refreshed especially in the bathroom! You can see there has been way too much water damage near the shower area. This is causing the wall to welt up and have cracks. The furniture is EXTREMLY out dated. I figured for 49 dollars suck it up it’s still a good deal. I was wrong. In the morning I found a bed bug crawling next to me. That’s when I was done. I went to the front desk to let them know what happened. I was then taken to the manager. The manager acted like she didn’t want to be bothered and treated me like I planted it there. So not only a terrible room with Bed Bugs but terrible customer service from the manager. Take my advice don’t stay here spend the extra money and stay somewhere closer to where the other casinos are. Next time I’m going to Treasure Island.

Pros: Great value, good bang for your buck. Nicely renovated rooms. Conveniently located between the Strip & Downtown Vegas. Great view of city from the 108th floor! Best bloody marys--ask for Robert at the Airbar! Cons: Shops are average. No spa. Fitness center clean but could use an update. 2 out of 3 treadmills were out of order :(

I have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times before and it was not bad. But this time I was hit with extra internet charges that I had not expected. If you use your laptop and then decide you want to use your smart phone, you will pay again for a day's use of internet. So several days I was charged twice for the same service. I consider this a rip-off and they have lost my business. Plus, this is the first time I could hear people next door throwing up and people on the other side screaming in bed. This was just the worst and after I have recommended this hotel to others. NEVER AGAIN

When I was there the Luxor 4star hotel was cheaper. position of Stratosphere is far from entertainment, centre and so on. The biggest adventages of this hotel are clean, free parking, big casino, italian restaurant inside (expensive). No breakfast included in price. Additional price per room charched (7.5$).

breakfast not included in the price, and additionally amound of 7.5$ per room added per night. The location is far from center, but if you have a car, it's not a problem. Free parking and clean rooms are the biggest advantage of this hotel.

I was surprized that Stratosphere was offering such low rates for the days before the New Year's eve, as it seemed to be a really good hotel. Now I can tell why: completely impolite and unattentive stuff - both in the front desk and the buffet. There seemed to be a confusion about the check-out time, which according to two different receptionists was 11 and 12, while according to the hotel TV was 1pm. My pyjamas were tossed away on the bedside table, while in other hotels they were always carefully folded. Oh, and I hate hotels where they make you pay 12$ per day PER DEVICE for WiFi, that is 48$ extra for laptop and iPhone in just 2 days! Otherwise the room was clean and in good condition.

This made my top 5 for worst hotel stays. The rooms were dirty and so was the bathroom. I didn't feel comfortable walking around the room without socks or shoes on. I would not stay here again. They didn't even have any soap in the bathroom. I even called and complained so they knew I would be watching and when I came back the next day the floors still looked the same.

The hotel was good. One of the perks of staying here is the unlimited entry to the tower, which gives a superb view of the vegas strip and the surrounding mountains.. The rides were also an unique experience.. The rooms were clean & well maintained and worth the money..
