The inn was considerably further away from 'town' than I had understood. The room itself was very pleasant & confortable.

Easy to find with a friendly owner. Spacious apartment with slighly dated furnishings but it was clean and airy. It should however be made more clear that there is only one bathroom. The ensuite is suitable for families but as two couples it was awkward to share. To access the ensuite you had to walk through the master bedroom.

It was great accommodation and excellent value. It will now be where I stay on future visits to Warrnambool. It's an easy walk out of town as well
