Sterling Inn & Spa Niagara Falls Guest Reviews
We spent one night at the Sterling Inn and were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room (large) and amenities, which included a gas fireplace, enormous shower with body jets and steam and free parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The walk to the falls was easy--just a few blocks. All in all a great place. We didn't get a chance to try to restaurant, but hopefully will on another visit.

We had a fabulous time at the Sterling Inn & Spa. The hotel staff were more than accomodating. The breakfast in bed each morning was a wonderful addition to our weekend. We would highly recommend this hotel for couples wanting a weekend away and will be surely staying again in the future.

Sterling Inn tried very hard to be a luxury hotel and was almost there. The rooms are very nice and spacious and decorated very well. But the sheets/blankets/pillows/towels/robes were very old and appeared to be dirty. I actually didn't mind much, but it really took away from the overall appeal. They definitely need to replace those items, and then I think it would be great. The fitness facility was pretty sparse.
