A very nice hotel, which is very convenient because it is located right next to the main Frankfurt Railway station. The rooms are luxurious. My room had a fridge, but no kettle, coffee or tea bug. The wireless network for Internet access was not available late at night. It wasn't working when I tried to use it in the afternoon. I had to ask a receptionist to reset the server to make it work.

Excellent hotel in a good location for the main train station. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. I would have no problem recomending this hotel for a short stay in Frankfurt.

Nice hotel but not a 5 star. I have stayed at better 4 star hotels. The neighbourhood is a little dangerous. I would stay since it is next to the train. The breakfast was poor, good thing it was in the price. The room was clean but not luxurious like a 5 star should be. The next time I will choose something else.

Excellent hotel, service was top notch from the white glove & top hat door man to the bar and restaurant staff. I would not hesitate to book here again next time I am in Frankfurt.
