It is a hotel with a very high standard as for service and accomodation. The waitresses and staff at the reception were extremely helpful, smiling, and pleasant.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff; a little way outside the centre of modern Potsdam but very convenient for visiting the gardens at Sans Souci. It is only 5 minutes to get into Potsdam by tram. A very nice hotel - I would certainly stay there again.
