Great location close to Zeil, nice authentic German style, comfortable staff were great around the lounges, reception doormen. Cleaning staff were irritating, coming into room, ignoring don't disturb signs. Will probably stay again

Very happy with my stay here. Will choose this hotel again if the pricing stay around this level. The French Restaurant is very good, especially the service,and the wine list impressive. But the pricing could be lowered to attract more hotel guests.

Service was very good in most areas but has been downrated because of the slow service in the bar. Ther was a big fair in Frankfurt and the hotel was very busy and yet they only had two people on to cover the bar area and a large lounge area which also served food. The waiters had to mix their own orders which delayed the service considerably. In one instance we had to wait 15 mins for our order to be taken and then another 20 mins for it to arrive. Not really acceptible in a 5* establishment. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay very much and wolud recommend Oscars for a Bistro style meal with very good and friendly service.
