Great hotel for travellers on the move. Very quiet with superior staff & hotel shuttle service. Close to airport, local & interstate trains (fast or slow) to FRANCE, BELGIUM, GERMANY etc.. Accommodation excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment & will be happy to stay here on any future visit to AMSTERDAM.

Stayed here as this was where conference was held. Fine for that, but to get to city, you have to take a free shuttle back to the airport and then a train into the city. Not too bad, but would have been preferable for sight seeing to stay in the city proper. Having said the staff and facilities were brilliant.

Hotel is modern and room is spacious with quality furnishings and bedding. Shuttle bus is always on schedule and is very big. Internet worked well. Amsterdam Centraal can be reached within an hour by shuttle and train, Definitely would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel April 12-April 15 for four nights. I had two serious problems experienced during my stay: 1. Before making a reservation, I was told that this hotel provides a free bus transferring service Airport-Hotel. However, my flight on the departure was 7am in the morning of departure, and the first bus service started 6am. As this will not make my flight I requested the hotel receptionist to provide another shuttle, but my request was refused, and I had to hire a taxi which the driver charged 30 euro for just one way to the airport. 2. While I was out of the room, my swimming suit was lost which I was drying on the window flame. I checked with both a housekeeper and the receptionist, but no one seriously dealt with this incidence. I was very disappointed because I lost my chance to use the swimming pool, and, second, it was an expensive suit that I lost. I have used this hotel for many years as I was very satisfied by your hotel service in the past, but this time, your service was not to my expectation. Unless I get some reply from the hotel manager within a few days, I will not use this hotel anymore.

The hotel is within 10 minutes of Schipol. We arrived at 11:30 am. We were allowed to go directly to our room. Room was clean and modern. We did not use the restaurant because we caught the shuttle back to Schipol late in the afternoon and shopped and ate there. Lots of shops outside security. They have a great shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes on the half hour. Shuttle bus was on time the following morning and we were off for the US.
