I was pleased with my experience at Staybridge and would stay there again if I was back in that area

Hotel was excellent! Only problem is no sign on highway and a little hard to find. During stay had snow storm and power outage for 4 hours. Hotel provided glow sticks and extra blankets and handeled situation very well! Over all experience was GREAT!

Room was very nice. Only strange thing was that there was no "do not disturb" sign in the room. Very afordable and conveniently located right off the highway, down the street from malls and restaurants.

Nice small apartment type room with kitchen pots and pans, toaster, glasses etc. There is an outdoor pool and plenty of parking. Hotel is just off the interstate, although not visable from the highway. Many features, particularly in the bathroom, were in need of maintenance(Room 431): sink stopped up, shower curtain rod coming off the wall, no hot water during periods of heavy usage. Had to call for an iron, which was supposed to be provided. There was a pervasive smell of pipe smoke and we realized we had been checked in to a smoking room. There seemed to be no way to regulate the temperature in the room. No fan in bathroom. No shelf near sink to place personal items. Maid does not make up room on Sundays, not sure what days they do make up the rooms.

This hotel had a great selection of breakfast items in the morning. We were there for a week and I was never bored with the selections. They also had a DVD player that we used every night that really helped keep us from getting bored. Nice and close to lots of shopping but tucked back away from the rush of the city.
