Starhotels President Genoa Guest Reviews
We stayed in the starhotel president genoa for 3 nights. It is very convenient hotel with 3 minutes walking distance to Genoa Brig train station. The staff is generally kind but does not actively provide assistance and tourist information when comparing with other starhotels in bologna and milan.

our first night I was locked in the ensuite due to the door being broken they gave us another room, the air conditioner was not working, they then gave us a bigger room, the following morning, the hair dryer gave in and died. This is a good hotel to stay at with 190 rooms it has very good decor and pleasant staff, very close to the train station and walking distants to local shoping district . The breakfast was very good. unfortunately we just had a bit of bad luck......

The room allocated was more a single than a double but it was clean and confortable. This hotel is probably ideal for the business traveller. In any case we enjoyed our stay

Excellent weekend rate from [Your website].Comfortable room with all facilities except maybe a BBC News Channel. Great buffet breakfast included. Would stay again.
