Beautiful hotel, very conveniently located near EU buildings, but not too far from centre either. Got really good price at hotelclub.com. I had a quiet room, which I find is unusual in Brussels. Some minor problems: air con couldn't be totally switched of, bit noisy in the night (annoying in otherwise quiet room); a little piece was broken off the shower; toilet roll holder came off the wall (last two especially not expected in a five star hotel). However, very good experience overall, will go back if similar price is available.

Interior decor of this hotel is breathtaking and the rooms are also very well done. Although the room rates are bit on the high side, we got a very good deal through [your website] and it was really an experience.
