The staff and location is fantastic. The rooms are just ok, a horrible septic smell came thru our bathroom daily. As for comfort in the room, I would say pretty average. The location of this hotel can not be beat, sandy beaches, beautiful bay and fantastic sunny weather. If you are looking for luxury and pampering, the sister boutique hotel would be the better option. This resort is great for families and those on a budget.

I really wished i could have stayed longer! what was not to like... my back door opened on the beach, i ate a great variety of local meals on the all inclusive package, there was round the clock security, smiles, a different cultural event nightly, rooms cleaned every day... The reviews scared me and i almost did not go there but i do not regret one minute of my stay. My first and definitely not my last stay there.

Location great, right on beach, close to shops, food, nightlife. Plently of activities to do, or not do! Hotel clean, spacious rooms, staff friendly, drinks lethal! Definatley stay there again

location was spot on , in beutiful reduit beach close to amenities, shops and restaurants still it felt quite and relaxing. the staff were very friedly and hepful at all times. the resort is a bit tired since open a while ago so it could do with some new paint and refurbish in some area still very good value for money. i had a beachfront room which had fantastic views and so closed to the ocean. i booked room only and not all inclusive which i was very happy with since so many choices around at a very afordable prices. still i had lunch at the resort and it was a very nice buffet with plenty of different choices at a reasonable price. overall i had a fantastic time at the st lucian i would definetely recomeme or stay again.
