We had a fabulous weekend at the hotel. Staff, amenities and service first class. loved it. best London hotel we have stayed in todate. We will return.

The hotel is beautiful and it's location is excellent for everything you want to do during your stay. The hotel is clean and well kept and the staff is eager to assist with anything you may need.

Dated and shabby, uncomfortable beds and the whole place is in need of decoration. Good location. The food is not great, at breakfast when I asked for bread I was told they had run out. Most of the staff seemd to have some difficulty understanding English!

Excellent location, close to Buckingham Palace and Westminster, also only a short walk from Victoria. A bit expensive for a breakfast at 18 each though!
