I was visiting my son and loved that the hotel was clean and allowed for a place for us to sit and visit. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was great. The hostess for breakfast was very nice and remembered precios guests. Many people asked for a shuttle for the airport. They may want to look onto this service.

The room was super comfortable and well equipped (microwave, fridge, extra bedding), the pool and jacuzzi were perfect for our little girl and my older mom, and the hot breakfast was kept very well supplied. We had a great time.

We were in Colorado Springs for the 4th of July. Our family thought the hotel was awesome. Kids were very excited to stay and we were very comfortable. We stayed at another place for the same price less that 2 miles from this location and the non smoking room we had wreaked of smoke. and the quality was just not there

The hotel was VERY clean. The staff was very friendly. The accommodations were beyond compare. The room was exquisite...we didn't expect to get such a great room at a very affordable price. We got the king size bed with refrigerator and microwave. It even had a digital thermostat for our room, which made making the temperature to our liking. The bed was soft and very large, and had extra bedding in the closet. We almost expected for a lot of noise, but the room was very quiet. We loved it and would recommend the hotel to all of our friends and family.

The hotel room was very nice, however we asked for 2 queen beds and they were unable to make the change because it was booked through [...]. my coworker had to sleep on a pull out hide-a-bed which was not desirable
