Chicago at Christmas is beautiful! I used to come here at this time when I was a little girl and now my daughter has experienced the same and love it too! When the time came I leave, I wished we had a few more days. The hotel was great. Extremely clean with great views and perfect location! We loved it and can't wait to come back!

After not visiting Chicago since I was a child, I booked this hotel without knowing the location well. Turns out we were within walking distance to everything we wanted to do for the weekend. Shopping, Navy Pier, the Loop. We were pleasantly surprised by the room. Small but very well laid out. Had a great view of the skyline and downtown. The staff was extremely helpful. We had absolutely no complaints with regard to our stay. We will definately stay at SpringHill Suites again!

We were looking for a break from everyday life and wanted to get a romantic night away in the city. When we got there the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it just got better from there. The room was very clean and had an incredible view of the city. We had dinner at Harry Caray's across the street from the hotel and then we walked from there to some great bars and clubs. We had incredible time and will definitely go back!

This hotel is in the River North area of Chicago. It is near many restaurants, bars, the theater district, and the Chicago Riverwalk. We walked along the river to the lakefront every day, saw a musical at the Cadillac Theater, and took a Saturday night architecture/fireworks cruise on the river. The lobby of the hotel served coffee 24/7 and provided a quiet, comfortable place to plan our day. The room was comfortable...and free wifi was appreciated. The entire staff was commiteed to customer service.

The hotel is in a great location with excellent service staff and amenities. The health club is really nice! The breakfast is wonderful. The elevator system is a little confusing, but that was our only slight issue. Would stay at this hotel again!
