SpringHill Suites Austin South Guest Reviews
We stayed on a cold Texas night. There was a huge draft coming in through the windows & the bathroom was super clean but had a weird smell to it. Otherwise, it was so super quiet there. I could've slept all day. The dining area for the FREE breakfast was nice, warm & cozy with the real fireplace going. I am definitely going back there.

Very friendly staff. Our initial room was smaller than we had expected and we were able to move to a larger one. Excellent breakfast offerings...hot and cold. Room and bath were nice and clean .

I always look for cleanliness. It had fresh sheets and towels. OK room and breakfast is included. That is all I need.

This hotel sold my reservation to someone else after having received confirmation of the reservation including late check-in. They told me that had made arrangements somewhere else down the street. It was a dump. Felt that I had been misled, angry that they had sold my reservation. Didn't seem to care and their call center suggested that this is what happens when booking through 3rd parties -- tough luck. Extremely disappointing experience. Not sure who deserves the blame - Orbitz, Springhill, or both.

Stayed one night for a wedding-- Utilized the King Bed and fold out couch. It was clean and the front desk was very helpful. We had a group of 15 and they made it easy to get downtown to see the sights. Late Night was very quiet and access to the hotel was easy.
