Great place for the money. We stayed 5 days (Mon-Fri). The check in was fast and easy. Desk personell were friendly and informative. We spent 3 days at Universal Studios and took the free shuttle from the hotel. The shuttle offers several departure times and return times which was great. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was also great. Friendly waitstaff and great food with lots of choices. The room was adequate but definitely dated. The two double beds were less than stellar but the linens and pillows were really nice. The television was small but we didn't travel to watch TV. We did have to call the front desk to have them block some non kid-friendly channels. The pool was great. Our kids couldn't wait to go swimming every day. The jacuzzi, on the other hand, had too much chlorine and stung their eyes, made them cough. The bar at the pool was nice and service was great. One complaint was that we had 4 people staying in our room but only received 2 bath towels each day. We had to call the front desk every night for extra towels (which they quickly brought upon request). No big deal but it was annoying after the first couple of days. All in all, this was a great value for the money. It's not a luxury hotel but for a family trip, it was a pleasant experience.

Good overall. Needs some updating. Management so-so. Great Restaurant and prices can't be beat. Nice pool but pool side bar not always open? Have to pay 11.00/night for parking! They offer wireless free if you have device the business office costs extra. No work out club.
