Very helpful on arrival, had everything we required, most importantly bedding was very comfortable not too hard and not too soft of a Mattress. Lounge suite was also very comfortable to sit on not like some venues again, plastic/foam/rought iron, not our cup of tea!! Would definately stay there again. Not to mention we were given a discount voucher for our next stay!

Enjoyed being in a low level apartment building rather than a high rise. It was so close to the beach and our favourite fish and chip shop in QLD so it was great. Service was wonderful and very friendly. The boys loved the pool and we would definitely stay there again if we return to the Gold Coast.

excellent overall, lift to the 3 floor would make carrying heavy luggage easier, stove exhaust fan in room 14 not working, will definitely come back again, thanks

Very good comfortable family accommodation easy access to all shopping and attractions on the Gold Coast.
