Staff was extremely helpful and nice. We booked our whole trip Vietnam with them, and they got us some great deals. Our room had a computer in it. Very clean. Great location.

It was recommended my close friend. She told me that it was a good hotel. And I just experienced at this hotel for trip in Hanoi. It has a convenience location, near lake and in Hanoi Old Quarter-a bit noisy but peaceful and safe. Stayed at this hotel had a good sleep because it is in quiet alley. The staff was very nice, very helpful, excellent Room was new, bright, comfortable. The TV is also nice with many international channels (Star movies, CN net work), well work. Room cleaning is very efficient and comes everydays. Service was great, laundy is cheaper than many other places where I visited and also quickly. Great and Enjoyed.
