Toledo Climate

The region where Toledo is found has a climate in which winters are cold and summers can get rather hot. During the months of June through August, temperatures can sometimes reach and exceed 86°F (30°C). The Madrid Barajas International Airport is the most convenient airport for visitors. Upon arrival, travellers find trains, buses and hired cars available to reach Toledo.

In the city, getting around is best done with buses and cars. To travel farther, a visitor can take a train just about anywhere in the region. Travelling from Toledo to Madrid by train is a quick trip, and only takes about 30 to 40 minutes.
