Getting There
Due to its central location in Madrid, El Rastro is very easy to reach through the city's extensive metro system. In fact, this metro system is the sixth longest in the entire world, making every corner of the city accessible. A number of different lines stop near the market, so you can get there from any other area of the city. On market days, a special bus also runs close to the market, making it even easier to arrive. If you find yourself outside of the city, a commuter train stops near El Rastro on Sundays.
