Guadalajara Climate
The climate in Guadalajara is Mediterranean, but in the winter it can be quite cold due to its altitude and inland location. Average high temperatures peak at 28°C in July and August, then drop to around 8°C in December and January, when there can even be some snow. There is a small amount of rain throughout the year.

As Guadalajara is close to Madrid, getting to the city is fairly easy. The Barajas Airport is the busiest airport in Spain with flights from Europe, America and other parts of the world. Trains run from the capital to the city's local railway station.
You can hire a car at the airport in order to travel around the area, and there are local bus routes as well.
