Comfortable stay. Room was clean but could have done with a bit of a spruce up.

When I arrived, the room that I was given did not suit my needs, management found me an alternante room straight away, which was great!! Good location, pub across the road had inexpensive, tasty meals. Would stay there again.

On arrival the staff member was very polite and helpful. Once into rooms 1 room had no fidge and aircon not working room very stuffy had to open window. With window open had the noise of the exhaust from restaurant right outside window. when asked about fridge was told that the fridge had blown up the day before and were waiting on replacement(that was fine)fridge replaced last day of stay. no reason given for aircon not working and never repaired during stay. Thank goodness it was that hot during the stay.

Rather small and poky room, which wasn't very clean. Nowhere to sit except the bed, which being only a double was also less than expected.

There was used soap and a shaver left in the bathroom. The room we were given was very noisy, as it had a connecting door to the room next to us and we could hear every thing that was said in that room. Our neighbours had the television on until the early hours.
