Location
The South Pacific is located in Noosa, Australia and is 30 km from the airport in Maroochydore, and 135 km from Brisbane International Airport. It's an easy 10 minute walk to Noosa National Park for 477-hectares of the best walking tracks and surfing breaks on the Sunshine Coast. A short stroll over Noosa Hill will take guests to Noosa Junction, the central shopping centre for the region.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff are fantastic. The only dissapointment was that the restaurant was not open and we had not been notified - otherwise very happy and thouroughly recommend.

We had a lovely quiet self catering week here, with everything we needed including washing machine and dryer. Our appartment was perched overlooking the pool and most of the time we had it to ourselves or could watch it from our lovely shaded veranda, where we were entertained by the beautiful (but incredibly chirpy) parakeets. A reasonable walk into town, although a local 'chippy' a few yards down the road was fantastic. You do need transport. A lovely holiday resort feel to the place with various 'personal pampering' and other facilities available. Would definitely go again one day if life permits it.

Had a great time at this resort - really caters for families and for people who just want to get away from it all. Staff were excellent.
