We would definitely stay here again. The location from the train, shopping, Old Town - it was all perfect. The front desk help was excellent and even spoke very good English, which was so helpful, in our case. The room was spacious, clean, and the room service for breakfast was awesome and generous (on the house). Downside, if any, was anything extra like movie, Internet, wifi all came with a credit card charge, but it was available, at least. Loved the nespresso machine in the room!

The staff at the front desk was very friendly, if you need anything, you shouldn't hesitate to ask. They offer a shuttle service to the airport for 25 SFr (I think). I paid for this, but the shuttle didn't show on time, at which point the receptionist proceeded to call a cab and took care of the bill. Nice to know. I would definitely stay here again, you can't beat the location, it's superb.
