Major ordeal with police threats and problem of double payment- Problem arose with their lack (Supposedly) of our payment in advance method versus european method of reserve and then pay

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, lyhyt kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin ja ostoskaduille. Lentokenttätaksi toi ystävällisesti perille ja haki hotellista. Kätevää! Hotelli on siisti, väritys ei ehkä jokaisen mieleen: Oranssia ja kirkkaan punaista yhdistettynä mustaan nahkaan. Henkilökunta asiallista. Keskustassa mutta liikenteen melu ei kantanut huoneeseen.

Beautiful and confortable room, helpful staff and very good breakfast. The hotel was located in good place from where it was very easy to walk everywhere. Though, it took some time to get to the old town, but it was not too far away. I could stay in this hotel the next time too.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Sonata Hotel. The reception staff especially Elana were very helpful. Restuarant staff were polite and efficient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
