Sonaisali Island Resort Nadi Guest Reviews
Just returned from Sonaisali Island Resort and I must say was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. We stayed in the beachfront spa bure which was very nice. We will be returning without a doubt

Every resort has it's good points and it's bad, you'll never find the perfect resort. The main things I liked about the resort are, closeness to Nadi town and airport as opposed to other resorts further out. Plenty of activities (hobby cat sailing, jet ski's, day cruises around the islands snorkelling, swimming and feeding the fish),frog races, volley ball, kids club, great staff and friendly service, any problem gets fixed straight away. And if you don't want to do anything there's plenty of hammocks on the resort to simply do nothing undisturbed and just relax.Overall I'd highly recommend it to all ages, it has a great atmosphere about it

Sonaisali resort was excellent. Its only 15 mins from Nadi and the staff were very friendly. Its located on an island about 50m from the mainland, and as such theres no coral reef at your doorstep and the beech has grey silty sand. However the ocean front bure that we stayed in was gorgeous - the view was to die for and the room was large and comfortable. We upgraded our room from the standard type to the bure for a very generous price on checkin. Meals were good. Breakfast was included, and a 2 course lunch and 3 course dinner combo could be purchased for $65 per day, which was good value if youre hungry. Beer is $5 and cocktails start at $13.50, 25% off in happy hour. Just beware of bingo and frog racing, as theyre just money spinners. Also is if you want to do a serious shopping trip in Nadi, it might just be cheaper and easier to catch a cab rather than taking their bus. Other activities fill up very fast so book your activities when you get there. I'd definitely visit again.
