Somerset Serviced Residence Orchard Singapore Guest Reviews
I was hesitant to stay at Somerset as some of the guest reviews weren't so good. However we were pleasantly surprised. Yes the furniture is a bit outdated but the apartments were very clean , Facilities great, position very convenient and the staff were so genuinely friendly and nice. I would definitely stay again. Was a very enjoyable stay.

The rooms were OK, if basic, as was the breakfast. The hotel staff did not know much about Singapore attractions - they could not answer most of our questions except by referring to brochures. Location is excellent, right on Orchard Street - though many taxis did not know how to get there. The highlight of the stay was the rooftop pool, which was clean and quiet.

Reception at level 6, very small and have to carry lugages to get in. Room was outdated and and cheap furnitures. Not the best choice...

A little older than expected and initially a little hard to find, but very conveniently located across the road from Orchard Central. Overall a fantastic place to stay. Will definitely be staying there again and recommending to friends.

lots of ants running around on benchtop, air conditioning smelt very damp,good location staff helpful breakfast poor
