This hotel was perfect. we had a brilliant view from our window for the towers. It was right down the road from the main shopping and strip. so out the way so quiet not not far enough so you couldn't walk. The staff were friendly and called you a taxi whenever you needed etc. Breakfast was good too... with fresh omlettes made for you when you choose the ingredients. If i go Malaysia again, here is where i would stay!

Most aspects of this hotel are in the above average range except for fitout being dated and in need of some modernisation. Ancient CRT TVs so not able to watch any decent movies etc (analogue TVs don't have hdmi inputs etc) breakfast is very basic cerial, toast, a few pastries and usual fruit andjuices. 10min walk to BB Plaza. We are smokers so Balcony made this budget hotel a winner

A good hotel. One bedroom apartment layout a bit odd and decor getting a bit dated and worn. But comfortable with all conveniences there. Breakfast very basic but acceptable except for the coffee. Yuk! Hotel rooms seem to be on the lower floors so dont expect a great view. Free internet. What makes this place is the staff. All of them from reception to breakfast are delightful and "can do" people. This, more than anything else, makes for a great stay. Well done.

Comfortable with many facilities in room included, perhaps needs fresh coat of paint but otherwise spacious and great for family in two bedroom unit. Good location for exploring Golden Triangle shopping and restaurants nearby.

Have stayed here three times so far in 2010 and have enjoyed it every time. The staff are very friendly (welcoming me back including a card in the room the second time - computer generated no doubt but it's little PR things that leave a good memory) and at all times helpful. I stay in the 1 bedroom executive and it is comfortable and spacious (on my last stay I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom premier - not worth the extra cost if you have a choice!). For those travelling on holiday the location is excellent; within walking distance of night life, CBD and local transport. Although on the more costly side (marginally) of KL accommodation I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Highly recommend.
