The biggest problem with this place is the elevators. There are only 2 for such a high building a mostly the service staff are using them. Very long waitings times... Rooms are comfortable but start to get a little tired. Good location and friendly staff

The hotel and the rooms were clean. Excellent room amenities such as rice cooker, toaster, microwave and quality china and silverwares. Swimming pool was only average as it was only for kids hence no pools for adults. Jacuzzi was noit clean at all. Sauna room would be nice as well.

It was our family's first experience with a Condotel. It was spacious specially with friends and family always around. the service was great and the breakfast tasty and varied. I have actually started to recommend it to my balikbayan friends who wants a home atmosphere.

More expensive and more shabby than the Somerset apartments we used in Bangkok. The staff were average in terms of in hotel issues, and not very helpful at all in terms of advice about activities in the area, giving directions, etc.
