We found the staff very obliging and the position of the apartments is excellent. Easy access to trams and trains. Good value for money. Highly recommend

I stayed 3 nights..Staff excellent. Room was on 10th floor over looking Elizabeth Street. Only problem was the front loader washer/dryer, didn't work as per instructions and had to get staff involved. I have stayed in other hotels inclose prox. I will stay here again if I can get same deal.

Disappointing.....no kettle,yes they bring one with a faulty lead, out of date room service menu,TV not clear and different stations on both TVs, found old reciept underbed, mould in shower and under glass table top (cleanliness ??), 3rd bed set up in lounge no room for family to sit together :( main room no ensuite or TV all in second room, staff not interested in patrons could even ask if we enjoyed our stay. Not a relaxing break and wouldn't stay there again, would not recommend it for families.

while it wasnt awful, i would not stay here again. stayed in a one bedroom apartment with kitchenette that didnt even have a toaster. there was one glass so had to use coffee mugs to drink juice from. the bathroom did not have its soap dispensers filled and the bed was hard as nails. the location was quite good, just a short stroll from bourke st mall and flinders st station.

Good location near to city centre very convenient.the only thing is they take $100 deposit as insurance on your credit card if you break anything and it takes them almost a week to refund it;instead of immediately.as im writing this,im yet to receive the refund ;) also they take copies of your licence and credit card so not sure if you are comfortable with it
