Getting There and Around
Air passengers will land at Henderson International Airport. There are car rental kiosks in the airport and also taxis. Visitors can also come by boat. Freighter travel is possible but slow. Passenger boats come from other islands. Honiara is also a port of call for some cruises.
Once there you may walk for many destinations. Taxis abound and charge by kilometre. Otherwise you may drive yourself in a rental car.
