Sokos Puijonsarvi Hotel Kuopio Guest Reviews
Had to change 2 rooms to get one aprx.ok. However the traditional room was in bad shape. Bathroom: missing shower door!!!!. No everyday cleaning, one light bulb burned, no sleepers or bathrobe. Internet wifi card had to be renewed every day. No heating option at this time of the year(Aug. 30). Price high compared to what they offer. Had better room in Helsinki at Cumulus Hakaniemi (4 star hotel, including breakfats at 62 euro/night). In Kuopio paid 100 euro /night. Breakfast very good, restaurant service very good.Location very good.

I have problems with my accomodation. The girl on reception didn't find my booking in hotel base.

Very typical Finnish chain hotel, with nice room and modern facilities. I rated facilities only "average", because the TV set in the room did not work properly. Breakfast was very good, although we did not really have time to enjoy it. On Sunday it started at 7 am, and we had to leave 7:10. I would stay there again.

Excellent location between town centre and waterfront, good restaurant - and only one we could find open in town centre on sunday evening . Ample free off-street parking at rear of hotel.
