Exellent service at the reception

location out of the way ( not near center)...but goed transportation bathroom not cleaned every day very friendly service

I do really recommend this hotel. It was easy to reach with tram 7A/7B, which stops just outside the hotel. The restaurant was very good, and the breakfast had everything. People in the reception were very helpful. Next time in Helsinki, I will stay at Sokos Pasila.

There should be a place at Hotel, where customers can smoke. Some extra smoking room. Otherwise the customers have to smoke only outside of the Hotel.
