I travelled with my brothers! The staff was very helpful and friendly, very flexible i was able to go there earlier without extra costs. They had a great sense of humor as well. The breakfast was excellent in deed. Room was tidy and nice colours but not "excellent". Sauna was included but i didn't go at this time. The restaurant Fransman staff was all the way lovely and really polite. Overall, politness was so great and friendliness, you really felt that you are warmly welcome to this hotel!! Very easy to get bus to the airport as well.

Just one comment: the bed I was sleeping on creaks, to the extent that I had to purchase ear plugs to avoid the random creaking noise. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have to attend early morning workshops for 5 successive days.

This is an old hotel, and its renovation has been done in a succesful way. Excellent location in the heart of Oulu. There might be a little street noise in the rooms facing the street but the rooms facing the inner courtyard are peaceful.
