Absolutely outstanding service at the front desk! The location is also very good, very convenient and near the Old Town. The room was spacious and very clean.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Service is excellent as usual in the Sofitel chain. The pricing for this five star hotel when I booked was ridiculously low and would never stay anywhere else if I always got the same price

Very nice hotel with perfect location but not quite up to the 5-star rating - breakfast experience more like 3-star tourist set-up

Well located within an easy walk to the old ( rebuilt ) town. Local bus to the airport stops 100 mts away. Train about 10 to 15 minutes easy , flat walk. We would stay there again. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

Good location (about 10 mins walk from the Old Town), helpful staff, nice big clean rooms, good buffet breakfast. Didn't try the gym or the pool. Very good price for a 5-star hotel!
