Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa Guest Reviews
Fabulous accommodation. We will stay here again. Room was good size, and well fitted out. Bathroom was generous size. Attention to detail in all aspects was very high. Professional, polite staff. Portable cot supplied for our daughter and nicely made up. Housekeeping staff even folded her pyjamas when making up the room. If only we could have stayed longer!! See you next year on our annual trip to Queenstown. I will happily recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Currently being renovated, however, we had an excellent Luxury room on the 6th floor at a very good xxxxxxx rate, with breakfast included. As it was out of the ski winter season, the central location downtown was handy.

Nice room, but lobby was being refurbished so the hotel had an alternative entrance which didnt feel very plush. Our room was street level but was surprisingly quiet. The hotel is in a great position, although no lake views to be had from our room.

Very comfortable rooms. Le Spa facilities & treatments excellent. Convenient location for the Station (actitivites), gondola and centre of town. View OK but depends where room is. Staff very helpful. Would certainly stay there again.

The decoration is excellent, but the view of "Lake View Room" is only a sight of partial lake's seeing through the buildings. Comparing to the other Hotel with a real lake view, the price is high.
