Walking distance(7mins) to famed Senado Square. Bus stops within easy reach. A convenience store nearby(CircleK). Great quality toiletries. Perfect river view, and side view of iconic Grand Lisboa. Request for late check out was accommodated gracefully. Awesome spa treatment rooms. Pool in Mansion Club is a must see.

This hotel is really good! Reasonable price (compared to all the other 5-star hotels there), with nice hotel room . Location is very good - it's just 6mins walk from St Paul with lots of nice, cheap local food just 3mins walk away! The staff at the hotel are very nice too! (I saw this staff who received a guest that just got down from a taxi and she needed to change her money to smaller denominations. As the reception desk staff were busy with customers, he paid for the taxi first! To me, that's really very good service).

I must admit the attraction (aside from the luxury - which I really can't afford) that keeps bringing me back to Macau and this hotel is their justly famous MJ Gallery. The hotel, despite being away from all the glitz on the outer harbor or on Taipa, is close to the heritage sites, which I have comfortably explored on foot using this hotel as my home base. Booking through this club also means that the expense of my room has been pre-paid before I arrive, so no big shocks on my bill when checking-out (very handy if I've spent all my holiday money in the MJ Gallery gift shop!)

My husband and I spend our anniversary in Macau. The Sofitel Macau Ponte 16 was the perfect place. Great location, the beautiful historical Center of Macau in walking distance, a lovely view over the river and very helpful and polite staff!!! Merci beaucoup!!!

Great location and accessible to many historical sites. All rooms got upgraded and had very good river view. The downside is that long queue for shuttle to the ferry pier from 1600 - 1930. You even couldn't get a taxi to the ferry pier.
