The rooms are clean and the hotel is super convenient for T5. Quick check-in and tea-making facilities - couldn't ask for more

The hotel is lovely, the room is well appointed. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. It is well located at Terminal 5. Afternoon tea was really fun, delicious - more food than we could eat in one sitting!

Hotel sevice & rooms fantastic. The location to terminal 5 is perfect. Sorry we were only staying for 1 night. I will be staying here again next time I'm in London.

This is a beautiful hotel. Ideal for a transit between international flights. It's on a directTube line to central Londonand each of the terinals. I recommend it and I will stay again when passing through Heathrow.

Stayed 1-night (room only) and did not use any other facilities, but the room was extremely comfortable and very well furnished.
