This hotel really need updated! The room is poorly designed. The window between the bathroom and bedroom is one of the terrible ideas. The light in show room is directly through the window and right above bed head and shine at the person who sleep on the bed. We been told all hotel rooms have same design and only way to fix this problem is block the window, so we ask do so. When we back to hotel that night we were shocked. The window was block by dirty cardboard with black tape! My 10 years boy said it looks horrible!!! Bed corner easily bumped due to small room. Amenities (shampoo, show gel) were missing on first and third day. BTW, we were upgraded as Accor Platinum member. This is NOT Sofitel!!!

Well the hotel is really nice, can not really fault? I was however staying in one of the suites so did not get to see a standard room to advise. Best beds in the world!!! Always a good sleep when at a Sofitel ;-)

Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff. Good restaurant. Nice Location. Good shopping across the street. Overall perfect!

will stay here again next visit. quiet place in the city center, rodeo drive is within a few minutes by taxi. very comfortable to stay

We really enjoyed ourselves! The Sofitel hotel was absolutely wonderful, I would stay again. We are already planning our second trip to California.
