Very helpfull and nice staff combined with beautiful scenery made our vacation perfect. Nice pool and restaurants. You need to have a dinner outside enjoying the perfect weather (in November) and the typical local dance!

The grounds and facilities made me wish that I had come prepared to enjoy the SPA rather than to concentrate on the Angkor Wat complex.

Hotel was nice although slightly over-priced compared to other 5* star hotels we have been to in this trip. Staff attitude slightly disconcerting. Some members of the staff were lovely. However very disappointed with concierge service in particular - we felt they misled us in the information they gave us especially in relation to taxis (and made us accept tours which we did not want to do).
