When we arrived early our room was not cleaned. Lady in reception told that it was their mistake and gave us as replacement 3 bedroom apartment instead. Great space for two persons! Unfortunately it was raining every day we were in Coffs Harbour and we couldn't enjoy the great looking pool area. Location in Sandy Beach was quite cumbersome and difficult to find without GPS navigator. It took over 40 minutes driving around - I recommend navigator or printing out google map instructions.

Other than a couple of cockcroaches, probably due to the extreme rainfall just before our visit, the stay was excellent.

only adverse comment is that there was no dish washer and no laundry in the apartment. apart from that everything else was satisfactory.

Beautiful tropical vegetation environment surrounding the apartments. One bedroom spacious, well appointed, renovated but of high standard. Great facilities for BBQ undercover by the pool including crockery and cutlery, tea making, fridge and sink. Right on the beach foreshore with great walks. Two kilometres from extensive shopping facilities.
