Smugglers was excellent value for the price, we stayed in the hotel part, not the backpackers. Our room was right above the bar so even though we had a great view through the day, we had to put up with the noise at night. There isnt much in the immediate area so you need to taxi into town or to Denarau Marina, but costs next to nothing anyhow. Don't really recommend the restaurant for meals, though their pizza was good.

Very friendly staff. Free pick up from the airport. Free pick up and drop off to/from port denarau. good breackfast. possibility to eat lunch and dinner at the good hotel restaurant. good cocktails.

We enjoyed our stay at smuggglers & l would stay there over night again if l return to Fiji, the meals were o.k & the only gripe l had about the place was the entertainment area was directly below where our room was & it was quite noisy.

The food at Smugglers was terrible and over-priced. The kitchen service was extremely slow, and the kitchen/restaurant staff were quite unproffesional. There was no hot water in the room, and they also added on extra surcharges for house-keeping that was not mentioned beforehand, even for the most expensive rooms. The staff in general had no idea what they were doing and were very unhelpful, except for Ase at the tours desk, who was a pleasure to speak with and provided helpful information.

Nice clean hotel right on the beach of Nadi Bay Fiji, located behind the Nadi International Airport. Nice friendly & helpful staff. About 20min from Nadi Town and 35min from Denerau Island (where the Hard Rock Cafe is) will definately visit again. Also is about 45min from Lautoka the next major town not as expensive as Nadi and is also not far from Fiji's First Village.
