The staff was excellent, very kind and helpful. Remona went beyond expectation, she is a plus for the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities. My recommendation is onsite car rental or a transportation pick-up and drop-off service; (Air Port, Amtrak, Grey Hound, Mega Bus, ect).

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We were especially happy that the pool was open 24 hours, since we arrived at 10 pm. The rooms were clean and roomy, everything we needed was there. The breakfast in the lobby was great and the staff was very friendly .

We traveled to Michigan for the Rockapalooza in Jackson, MI. The hotel was just a short drive from there. We checked in really late. However, the evening staff was very friendly and helpful. I like they fact the pool was open all of the time and there were people laughing and hanging out in the middle of the night. My room was not too far from the lobby and I did not hear any of it. I felt very comfortable and at home there.
